The Ghosts of Gettysburg

Pennsylvania, 1863.

Smoke clogs the air, cannons roar, and the screams of dying men echo across the field.

The Union and Confederacy clash in a battle that will decide the fate of a nation.

A young soldier, barely 18, grips his musket.

He never wanted to fight—just to survive.

A bullet finds him before he even fires a shot.

He collapses in the tall grass, his final breath whispering through the wind.

Decades pass.

Tourists visit the battlefield, now a historic site.

But at night, some hear footsteps on empty fields, the clanking of unseen bayonets, whispered prayers from nowhere.

One guide swears he’s seen a lone figure in a tattered blue uniform, standing in the mist.

When he approaches, the soldier fades into the fog.
